Our Weekly Open House is a good introduction to how to work with your mind through meditation. The dharma teachers that lead discussion every Wednesday night teach on basic human emotions and how to relate meditation experience to your daily life. This is the most popular way for newcomers to introduce themselves to the Shambhala Center.

This special evening talk is with Venerable Tenzin Priyadarshi, the Founding Director of The Dalai Lama Center for Ethics and Transformative Values at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and is the Buddhist Chaplain there. He also serves as the founding President of the Prajnopaya Foundation, a worldwide humanitarian organization.
