Contentment in Everyday Life

By acknowledging and understanding the reality of suffering we can open to our inherent goodness and express the qualities of gentleness, appreciation, and fearlessness in our everyday lives.
This is the second class in our core curriculum - the Way of Shambhala, but it may also be taken independently. It is a wonderful introductory class.
This class runs for 5 classes on Thursday nights from 7 - 9pm, October 28th - December 2nd. The class skips Thanksgiving, which is Thursday, November 25th.
